Pre-Order Terms

1. How pre-orders work

Drop 001 pieces are made to order. To reserve a piece, you pay a deposit at checkout: $25 per tee or $50 per hoodie. The remaining balance (the item price less your deposit, plus any applicable tax and shipping) is due before your order ships. Your price is locked at the pre-order price shown at checkout.

2. Authorization to charge your remaining balance

By completing checkout, you authorize Nawab & Co. to charge the remaining balance to the same payment method you used for your deposit on or about December 4, 2026. We will email you at least 7 days before the charge with the exact amount and date. You may cancel for a full refund at any time before the balance is charged, as described in Section 4.

3. Estimated ship date

Your order is estimated to ship by December 18, 2026. We will ship by that date. Shipping date is not delivery date; delivery times depend on the carrier. If we expect a delay, we will email you promptly with a revised date and give you the choice to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund. If the revised date is more than 30 days after the original date, we will need your approval to continue; if we do not receive it, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Before your balance is charged: email admin@nawabandcompany.com at any time to cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit.
If we miss the ship date and you choose to cancel: full refund of everything you have paid.
If your balance payment fails: we will email you and give you 5 days to update your payment method. If it is still unpaid after that, your order will be canceled and your deposit will be refunded in full.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: replaced at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

5. First 50 Guarantee

For the first 50 pre-orders placed under these terms, if you are not happy with your piece, email admin@nawabandcompany.com within 14 days of delivery. You do not need to give a reason. We will email you a prepaid return label. Return the piece unwashed and in good condition (trying it on is fine), and once we receive it we will refund the full amount you paid within 7 business days.

6. After your balance is charged

Because each piece is made to order, our 14-Day First Fit Exchange applies: contact us within 14 days of delivery to request one size exchange. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

7. Founding Members

The first 100 completed orders of Drop 001 receive Founding Member status, including existing Founding Members. An order is "completed" when the full balance has been paid. A deposit alone does not count toward the 100.
